Please make sure you read everything on my website before sending the adoption application to my email. You're welcome to get in touch with me by email for general questions. I respond very quickly to EVERY message and adoption-form I receive, so check your email often! You can generally expect a response that same day. Keep in mind that the adoption application should be sent only if you want to go on my wait list OR see babies currently available that you want to reserve.

DIRECTIONS: Copy & Paste the correct application to your email. Fill out your answers to each question and then send your message to the listed email below. Make sure you include your full REAL name, your location (state & zip code), and your cell phone number. 

If you live in the city and don't own a car, you can take the train to Ronkonkoma Station or Port Jefferson station and then you can take a taxi or Uber to me. If you're in CT, you can take the ferry to Port Jefferson and drive to me from there.

Make sure you answer all questions when filling out your form. Answer the question with detail when possible. Honesty is expected.

  7. Are you looking to breed rats? Be honest.
  8. How old are you?
  9. Do you currently have any pets? Please list them.
  10. Do you live with your parents, rent, or own a home?
  11. Where are you located?
  12. Who will be caring for the rats?
  13. Are the rats a gift for someone? If so, who?
  14. If the rat(s) get sick or injured, will vet care be an option?
  15. Have you visited my facebook page?
  16. How did you hear about me or find me? (Please be specific)
  17. Are you available most Saturdays and Sundays?
  18. Do you have a commercial base food picked out? If so, which one?
